POR-15 TOP COAT

Far exceeded my expectations

I decided to try out POR 15 on the underside of my rusted 5 year old zero turn mower deck. I was very impressed with the results of this product. I followed the instructions step by step. My only regret is that I didn't try to smooth the deep pitted rusty areas with a sand pad. The heavily pitted rusty areas on my deck finished with a rough texture and smooth areas finished very smooth that looks and feels like glass. The finish resembles that of a freshly powder coated metal surface. The surface has a high black gloss look and it is hard as a rock. I tapped it with my fingernail and I could tell that it is very strong and solid. I tried to scratch it with my finger nail with no avail. Excellent product. Only time will tell if it lasts. I used the pint size can and I had plenty left over for future projects. Overall I am highly satisfied with this product and the result. I definitely would recommend.

This stuff is as hard as Woodpecker Lips!

I had some left over, so I decided to try it on my welding bench it needed something since it was made in the 50's it is standing up great, we have hammered it welded on it and it is mostly almost new. I am ordering more today. I do find doing parts the aerosol is easier to deal with on irregular parts medium sized.

NEVER DISAPPOINTS

A light even coat to start….and then apply six inches away with smooth strokes….3-4 applications are necessary The finish will be perfect. POR-15 is for professional use as it beautifies and protects.
