First, DBH delivers just like promised and the packaging and product is top notch. The honey has a good flavor, and it works well on everything. I would describe it as more of a woodsy flavor, with a hit of the bourbon in the background. Another advantage is the glycemic index is lower than white sugar, brown sugar and raw sugar. So, it can work as a substitute an many things you would cook. It is also great in coffee and tea. The 12 month is the best, but the 3 and 6 month is very good.
