They work for our wide top trashcan!

I switched over to the regular version of these bags some time ago, but always had an issue with the bags splitting because our kitchen trashcan has a very wide top. I got these in the hope they will be stronger due to the extra material for the drawstring. It worked! We were a bit nervous trying to stretch it at first and just ended up taping it partially, but with some careful stretching (it doesn't have as much give as regular plastic) we got it to fit without tearing. They last all week without prematurely breaking down, even through the warmer months. I'm so grateful to be able to use something more environmentally conscious. The only thing I would change is maybe a bit more material around the mouth of the bags or just making them slightly wider so it's an easier fit.
