Atomizer Broken - Sent back for return and they send another broken one

I bought a bottle of Book+ after receiving an exploration kit from Commodity back in September. The scent was incredible, so I knew that I wanted a full bottle of it. It arrives after a week of shipping, and I am ecstatic. I pull it out of the box, attempt to spray it and nothing comes out. That sucks. I immediately reach out to support to see about getting a replacement, and I am met with an AI chat bot. Annoying, but standard practice nowadays to where I can interact with them and not get upset. I also work in IT so I know the process and how it works. I send in a video of the sprayer not working, along with my batch number. The bot forwards it to a person without much issue. Eventually, i get a return shipping label and I ship it back to them. I ask when I will receive a new bottle, and they say they will ship it as soon as my old bottle makes it to their warehouse. Sure! A week goes by, i get confirmation that it has been received. 2 or 3 days go by, i get confirmation the new one is coming my way. Cool, happy to start smelling good asap. Another WEEK goes by, and it finally arrives. I pull it out, and with a sinking feeling in my gut the atomizer still is non functional. Overall, 3 weeks of my life after spending $105 on the product (plus another $55 if we are counting the exploration kit but they did deduct the cost of that from the total) and it is non-functional again. Poor customer service can be the downfall of any brand, and I am not sure my experience has ever been this bad. I will not be purchasing another bottle from Commodity unless this has been made right somehow.

As a librarian, I just knew that Book+ would be an amazing scent. And it absolutely delivered! It's a slightly more masculine scent, so my husband wears it, and we both love it.
