I am 5' 6" and the medium is a perfect fit. If you are heavier set, you probably want to size up. Keeps me warm in the current weather in my area (30 to 40 degrees). The zipper pockets are great for securing items and the inside pockets are a nice feature. The Rhodesian Bushstroke camo pattern is awesome. I am happy with my purchase. Heads up, the material will catch velcro and get roughed up.
