Only 1of 3 ordered magazines arrived

Had this happening before but was quickly solved by sending the missing ones, this time however, I sent mail to support 2 times, sadly haven't heard back from them yet. Still missing 2 of my 3 ordered zzap magazines, hopefully they answer my mail soon. Also had to pay import taxes because 3 pieces are written on the envelope...
