My nervous system was out of sync for sometime. I purchased a bio light for my bedroom to see if this would help my sleep pattern and it has helped massively. The 3 settings match up with different times of the day. Syncing my circadian rhythm. As I was having great success with my bedroom I then bought another for my living room. It sets a lovely ambient atmosphere and looks great too. It’s a massive 5 stars 🌟 from me. Thanks guys 🙏

Looking good

Bought this to help myself and my wife wind down in the evening whilst reading before bedtime, as we had previously suffered from intermittent poor sleep. We’ve installed it on our bed side table and it is plenty bright enough to read by. Still early, but after four nights, so far so good.
