Great Product, Great Service, Just Need a Little Better Comms!

My experience with Aspire Auto Accessories and the owner Cody was very positive. I ordered a standard Brite Box and realized I meant to get the fog lamp controlled Brite Box. Getting in touch with them on the return (multiple calls/messages with no response) was frustrating and had me wondering, but after multiple e-mails and call attempts Cody finally picked up the phone and took care of it right away. I had the "Package Protection & Free Returns" and he shipped an e-mail on the spot, I returned it with no hassle, the new billing arrived and I paid the additional difference, and he shipped the replacement right out. Very personable and helpful. Nice looking product/assembly, good packaging, great service. I suspect Cody is wrestling with what a lot of small businesses in California do (staffing, systems, costs, communication), I was in the service business for 43-years and can relate. My only recommendation to Cody/team is to get a customer response system for messages, text, and e-mails in place with an instant response stating they will get back to you within 24-hours, and then to respond within 24 hours, and stay in communication with the customer. He's a great guy trying to figure this all out. Otherwise, all good. Best wishes and thanks, I'll be back!
