Beautiful!

Beautiful rich deep red brown. The color payoff is excellent. It disperses easily for fluid art. It's also one of the few reds without a pinkish tint to it which I love!

More "rust" color than "red"

This was my first order from Eye Candy. I have ordered the mica powder sample kits from other suppliers, but I was tired of having half the colors being ones I would never use in the kit. I went with Eye Candy because they sell each color individually and in multiple sizes. In my first order I tried Imperial Jade, Rusty, Periwinkle Purple and Persian Purple. I was very impressed with the quality and shipping process. The Jade and Periwinkle purple looked exactly how I expected. The Persian Purple is blue, which is what I hope having looked at the sample photos. I wouldn't call it "purple" at all. The Rusty is exactly how it sounds, a rusty color. From the photos on the website I expected it to be more of a deep red color. I chalk that up to my mistake though. The name should have clued me in! The image I attached shows the samples I made on a walnut scrap.
