My “Go To” Resin!

As a guy who’s been casting resin for 20 years, I’ve tried several brands and types. Alumilite Clear and Clear Slow have become my “Go To Resins” giving consistent results with all of my projects from pens, handles, bowls and more.

New to resin but this is great!

As I said, I am new to resin work but I wanted to make my own ring blank pucks to turn on a lathe. My first test failed but it was on the color side and my fault. 2nd test, perfect. 3rd and 4th. . . perfect. Alumilite Clear Slow is so easy to work with. 1 to 1 mixture makes the math as easy as it can be. This is going to be my go to for what I do.
