Serious Quality Defects and Continued Lack of Response

I am writing to formally raise a serious complaint regarding the goods received, which were found to have significant quality defects and are clearly not of an acceptable standard. Despite having contacted you repeatedly by email to report these issues and request an appropriate resolution, I have received no response whatsoever to date. This continued lack of communication is extremely concerning and falls well below the level of service and professional responsibility i would reasonably expect from oloson .

I love One K Helmets.

My One K helmet was expired. I purchased a new one with a wide brim for added protection from sun exposure.
