Chorizo can be a little risky, in stores or restaurants. There is no risk here; the ingredients are of high quality as always with this company. Like I wrote for the merguez, I expected more spice. I've had the same experience in good restaurants. This food is mild, and you may decide to raise he spice level to your own preference. Making the chorizo mild is a sensible choice to please a wide range of customers.
