Nice rillettes. Excellent cooking. One main criticize : it should be more interesting to get a much container than the small barquette. Would it be possible to get Rillettes in much more unit quantity such as the Pâté de Campagne. Question marked.

The rillettes de porc ha no taste and texture was to pasty. Also I have purchased this from other places a the amount was very meager compared to with other producers.
