Wrong product?

I guess I mistook the title of WaveMaker to mean it would help make my slightly wavy hair have more waves. Not. If must be to settle down too curly hair, because it was too heavy for my delicate waves as I ended up with hair that was flat with the same waves I started with.

The best ever styling cream

this is the best styling cream I’ve ever used. and I do try other styling creams but I always go back to the Wave Maker……I have very curly fine hair and the wave maker does miracles on my hair…I put it on my h air and then a little dab of the light defining gel and crunch and go. Perfect……I also use the Curlbond line shampoo and conditioner…. the 4 products work very well on my hair……

Product is good, customer service is NOT responsive.

It appears the only way to contact customer service is by sending a message to them. I did that TWICE with the hopes of making a change to my autoship order that I could not figure out on my own. I did not receive a response to either inquiry. I will stick with this product until I find another curl enhancer with a mild smell and who’s customer service is responsive.
