Not As Nimble as My Last Chair

My last chair was the same design purchased in 2018. This chair just isn't as nimble. When turning right, unless it's a wide sweeping turn, the chair virtually stops. Same with turning left but not as pronounced. I was really enthused about Comfygo, but now I'm not so sure. I will say it's very quiet, but unlike my last chair when you let go of the joy stick, it doesn't stop nearly as quickly. The 7 day trial is somewhat of a waste since it's limited to in your house which makes sense, but it really doesn't give you real world usage. It is comfortable but the after 1 hours of use, I can't really judge the seat cushion which seems a bit thin and hard.

My husband received it and for the most part likes it. Unfortunately the remote does not work even with new batteries and apparently it will not climb over the doorway threshold so he’s a bit dissatisfied.

Product was excellent. My missunderstanding of how to order the size resulted in a return and ordering the plus size.
