Incredible resource!

Lend to Live includes everything you need to know about private lending, and then some! It includes a great overview and explanation, and then goes into all the details, as well as providing spreadsheets and other excellent bonus items when you purchase through Bigger Pockets. It’s a must-have for anyone considering private lending!

Do not recommend buying straight from BP. Bought from them but the delivery system was completely annoying. Went ahead and bought on Audible. Completely different experience. Cohesive, practical and easier to use on on Audible. Wasted my money buying from BP directly. Never will do so again.
