I have lost count of how many books I have read this past year and currently on real estate investing. I decided to buy this book due to the hot housing market right now. I decided to head into a different direction and man I sure am glad I did! I would recommend this book to anyone wanting to expand their "tool box." Also from this one book I found more investors/teachers that have the same idea just do the process in a little different way.
