Been using Vaja cases for years and when looking for a desk mat to replace an old world map and separate mouse pad, looking at all the options available nothing was close to the size I required. This fits the bill perfectly and is sumptuous and the smell of pure leather…I am sure I will have many years of use if the durability of the cases are anything to go by.

Disappointing experience with Deluxe Leather Desk Pad

I recently purchased the "Deluxe Leather Desk Pad" from Vaja, attracted by the promise of premium quality and appealing design. Unfortunately, the product has fallen short of my expectations in every way. Noticeable quality defects emerged shortly after I began using it. Particularly, very soft and stretched areas on the pad not only marred the aesthetics but also significantly impaired its functionality. Hoping for a satisfactory solution, I contacted Vaja support, sent photos and videos of the defects, and requested information on how to return the product. To my disappointment, my inquiry has gone unanswered. I have been waiting for a response for over a week now, but it seems as though my concern is being ignored. This experience has left me disappointed not only with the product's quality but also with Vaja's customer service. Such unprofessional service is unacceptable for a brand that positions itself in the premium segment. Customers expect and deserve prompt and efficient communication, especially when it concerns issues with the product. In summary, I cannot recommend the "Deluxe Leather Desk Pad" from Vaja due to its poor quality and inadequate customer service. It is regrettable that a product that appeared so promising turned out to be so disappointing in reality. Potential buyers should be aware of these issues and might want to look for alternatives that meet their high expectations.
