I ordered the RB Wayfarer dark green lenses but in the wrong size. When they arrived I couldn't get the lens in at all. I contacted customer support and Kayla requested some photos of the sunglasses incl. the #s on the inside arm. She got back immediately to tell me I'd ordered the wrong lens (RB4340 -V instead of just RB4340) and that she had already ordered a replacement sent out. It arrived a couple days ago and fit perfectly and was as easy to install as the video shows. Highly recommend Fuse lenses and high marks for their customer service.

Service was phenomenal. Had an issue to where neither I nor the optometrist was able to replace the lens due to size. They immediately send another set out and these ones fit (still tight, but fit). Thanks!
