Great Replacement option
I ordered the wrong lenses for my daughter's Wayfarer, the 4340-V instead of just the 4340. I tried for a long time to "pop" them in as the video showed, but it wouldn't go in. I contacted Cust. Svc. and they, and Kayla in particular, were awesome. She quickly figured out the problem and immediately sent out a new, correct set without my even asking. When they arrived I was able to get the lens in fairly easily. Kudos to Fuse customer service and Kayla. Thank you!

Nice Lenses
My Ray-Bans were in complete disrepair and now I can finally wear them again. I got the concierge service, which I would recommend because I tried taking the old lenses out myself and they shattered even more while putting pressure on them. I also like how there are a variety of colors you might not usually find in Ray-Bans
