Bought this rod for grandson. It arrived on time, however the picture showed it with a sharp looking red, white, and blue badge on butt of handle. Instead it was the standard Mags badging. I emailed the company and got no response. Really poor customer service if you ask me. I really didn't get what I ordered. My grandson does like it.

Great quality. No fault to Mags, shipping sent it to another and then back up to northern Wisconsin so it arrived a couple days after my uncles birthday. He still loved and was super stoked! Second ice rod from you guys and buying more!
