The BEST

We like ours so much we had to purchase this for a Christmas present. I use ours at least once a week. We have hads the Sous Vide for many years - and it is one of the best kitchen appliances we have. the food is always perfect!!

Complete absence of customer service

The item arrived damaged. I reached out via email and telephone to the address and number provided. The response? Total silence. The product will be back in the possession of the manufacturer shortly. Profoundly disappointing.
