Extremely Unhappy

I bought this product and decided that it was too big to store and I didn't need it. I have written to Customer Service 4 times and asked them to send me a return label so that I can return it. So far, I have heard ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I have now disputed the credit card payment with American Express. I am extremely unhappy with the service and will never buy a product from you again.
