Perfect experience - from the buying to the delivery to communication to product . Teapot is perfect - no drips I bought every one in my extended family a cup for Christmas from Black Friday sale. All arrived well packaged and meant I could skip shopping centre chaos for gifts. Each recipient was stoked with their gift- from toddlers to kids to teens to young adults to middle aged to grandparents. Ethical produced and locally made. Can’t wait for next year’s sale to do it again!
