The spout didn't come with a hole, can't pour tea

Purchased in 2024 and never made a review until now. My tinkerbell teapot was defective and never came with a hole in the spout, so it can't pour liquid! It's kind of hilarious. I have been using it as a vase for dried flowers instead. I am from Canada so managing returns are difficult, I opted to keep my spoutless teapot.
