initially, i found them very disappointing. later, however, i came to appreciate their feel in my mouth, a crunchy, yet delicate feel, similar to radish and broccoli sprouts - it's the crunchy feel and the tangy taste of them that i especially enjoy. it's unfortunate, however, the little taste the alsike clover sprouts have lack the tangy taste that i enjoy; sorry to say so....
