Beautiful flowers and useful plant
These flowers really are beautiful. The seeds germinated well using the paper towel method. My particular plants didn't produce their first bloom until they were about 3 ft. tall. I'm excited to see how much taller they'll get. We're growing these flowers because we've heard they're great for pollinators and as fertilizer. We don't intend on chopping these plants down to stubs like I see most people do. We want to enjoy the flowers and pollinators as well. What I think is great is that these plants get large enough you can still harvest enough for fertilizer and yet still leave blooms to enjoy. Can't wait to see how well it works as a fertilizer and as a pollinator attractor.
