Pure, Unadulterated Pistachio Magic

I saw a recipe on Food and Wine for a Chocolate Pistachio Snacking Cake and the recipe called for pistachio paste, not to be confused with delicious, jarred pistachio cream. When I read reviews of the cake someone recommended The Pistachio Factory's Pistachio Paste. It’s fresh and delicious and well packaged and ships quickly. One thing to keep in mind: when measuring, weigh the pistachio paste rather than measuring in a measuring cup. (8 oz. by weight is less than 1/2 cup.) But seriously, look no further. My son summed up the flavor of the frosting I made with this: “It’s Insanely Delicious!"

luscious pistachio paste!
