Definitely take their recommendation to do 2 sizes up from your regular size. I’m normally a size large and got the 2XL and I had a hard time getting it on, had to use the looser prong level. If you have a wide back, the fat will bulge over the top of the faja and it will roll down, you will need to wear it with the straps. Also if you are wearing a sheer/tight type of dress the hooks and lines of the faja will show through the dress. It definitely gave me an hourglass figure though and I will probably use it under a less sheer dress that has sleeves or as a nighttime waist trainer.
