The top and bottom of the faja once on throughout the day, the top part rolls down, and bottom rolls up. The wire things throughout the material dig in the back and front ribs. Can not sit in it for too long as those wire things put pressure on the back and ribs and is uncomfortable. But the material overall is comfortable aside from those wire things. Have not used it with the straps yet… Also, wish it wasn’t “Hand wash only” 🤦🏼‍♀️
