Beef Salami

Mild taste, soft texture.

This salami has a mild taste. It's texture is moist and tender similar to chicken lunchmeat. It is best in sandwiches. If you are making a charcuterie board I highly suggest ordering their summer sausage which is a dry cured meat. This package must be consumed after a couple days of opening. It is a small package, so that shouldn't be an issue.
