99% of salami's in the market are made with pork. I had been looking for an organic beef alternative for years and came across Blossom Pure and decided to give it a try. It is absolutely delicious. Just enough tang/salt ratio. Similar to the taste of cervalat salami. It is a cured beef so it is shelf stable, no need for refrigeration! Perfect for lunches, picnics and camping.
