I had been looking forward to receiving this fragrance because I had heard wonderful things about it. Unfortunately, the condition it arrived in was very disappointing.
For such an expensive fragrance, I expected much better quality control during packaging and shipping. The bottle leaked, perfume had spilled throughout the presentation box, the white cushion inside was soaked, and the label had ink transferred all over the bottle, leaving it looking damaged. The cap also had perfume inside, which makes me believe the bottle leaked during transit.
The fragrance is gorgeous, but the overall unboxing experience was far from what I expected for a luxury product. I hope the company improves its packaging and quality control because a premium fragrance should arrive in premium condition.
