Best Morning Ritual

My favorite protein powder! The bone broth protein has been a huge part of dialing in my nutrition and lifestyle. I train four days a week and this is my go-to to have in the car on the way to the gym. Compared to others, it’s so packed full of nutrients. Most days I add creatine and fiber. Then I have a big salad for lunch. Love!

Love this product!!! So I make these great smoothies for my family using the GoBeYou Bone Broth Protein and GOBeYou Greens powder. I do different ones but the family favorite is using frozen organic strawberries, one frozen banana (I freeze bananas when they are perfectly ripe), almond milk (I use Almond Mulk brand, only three ingredients, very clean), a big tablespoon of almond butter, one full scoop of GoBeYou Bone Broth, one scoop of GoBeYou Greens, and a little ice. Optional raw unfiltered honey although it doesn’t really need it (the flavor is awesome on its own). I blend it all up in my Vitamix blender… soooo good! It really wakes us up and energizes us. Great start in the morning! I’ll even have one in the afternoon if I’m dragging and want something refreshing! You can even add some unsweetened dark chocolate powder (dark chocolate is very good for you! Seriously,Yum! 😋
