I have ordered3. Pros: the large is the only cone option that is deep enough in length that my dog cant reach his back leg and keeps ears free so no ear infections. This is the reason I will continue to buy more as needed. Cons: Sizes are just very limited. Medium fits my dog best but the length of the cone is several inches shorter that the large. Would be nice to have longer length and allow clients to trim as needed Large head piece is way too big with no way to adjust. I fold 2 washcloths and tape to head piece to make it fit properly. Cone adjustment straps come loose easily, so need to be taped in place.

I like the custom fit. I tried it on my other colleague, and it doesn’t fit them quite as well as it fits the one that I measured and sent photos for. Thank you for making a cone that allows my dog to do some of his normal activities, and is less likely to slip his “pencil head “out of!

The novoguard is great, it is secure and keeps him from licking.
