5/5 Stars — Love the brand, but ran into a mistagging issue!
I love this brand and have bought swimsuits here multiple times—the quality and designs are always amazing, so I would never leave a bad review! I decided to try my luck with a mystery bikini top this time around. Unfortunately, it looks like there was an honest mistake with the sizing tags: the hangtag says 3X, but the sewn-in label on the top itself says Large.
Since I used store credit from a previous return (where the bottoms didn't quite fit my body type) to buy this, I don’t see a way in the system to request a return or exchange for a mystery item. It’s such a gorgeous top and I’m so bummed because I can’t wear it at all! I’ve attached photos showing the tag mismatch. I’m hoping customer service sees this and can reach out to help me swap it for the right size. Still love you guys!

Cute
The piece itself is well made — soft fabric, true to size, and a fun print. My only issue is with the concept: I was expecting a surprise/exclusive style, but what I received was an older, discontinued print I recognized from a past collection. If you love Kulani Kinis and just want a piece at a good value, this is a solid option — just don’t go in expecting something new or unique. Would love to see this made clearer on the product page!
