Rye Crust Sourdough 1,000g

Cut it in half and baked one half for 20 minutes at 400 F. Next time I will try 15 minutes but even at 20 minutes for a half loaf, I got a beautiful crunchy outside and delicious soft inside. The taste is divine, straight from my childhood. Love it!

It’s a wonderful sourdough rye bread almost like the bread I ate back in Germany. Gewürzbrot or Wagenrad Brot, wich of course has a lot of seasonings in them. Be great if you have something like that. But I’m very pleased with this one and will continue to be your customer for sure.

This is exactly what I had been craving for so long! I used to live in austria and had been missing their bread, until I found brotbox, came out perfect and tastes just like I remember!
