Rye Crust Sourdough 1,000g

This is our favorite bread of all the Brot Box choices. It reminds me of the bread my grandfather always got from the German bakery in my hometown. I'm sure there isn't a better bread to be found anywhere, if you love rye bread.

This bread tastes more like the real rye bread we are used to, its texture is also much better than anything you can get here in the stores or bake with any rye flour combination available. You should provide more such breads in the future.
