CocoCast Preamp-Overdrive

I have never used a real Hudson Broadcast before, but I don't really feel the need after getting the CocoCast Preamp-Overdrive. I love stacking it with a Timmy type pedal. Build seems solid too. I'm interested in trying some of their other pedals now.

GUPTech CocoCast

This is currently my favorite pedal for use as pedal preamp and OD. Voltage switch creates 2 different worlds of volume and drive boost with 2 channels. Very useful and awesome creation. And very cute. ♡

Great sounds but low output

he Cococast sounds great. I’m sure I can use this for recordings to add some richness to my sound. The preamp adds fullness and, with gain maxed, some sweet and grainy fuzz. I bought this to use as a boost, though, and the levels are very low. At 27v, the level (or gain) needs to be maxed to get above unity. The 9v isn’t usable, as it *never* gets above unity.
