Easy and delicious!

The flavor combinations make dinner easy to prepare. Fresh spices make a big difference. Recipes online inspire multiple ways to use them. I've tried all 4 ethic spice combinations.

Been missing one of my favorite childhood meals ever since I went gluten-free, and this is a perfect substitute. We used potato starch for the slurry and the thickness/texture is just like curry blocks that use regular flour. Will be buying often!

The most delicious curry I have had in years, and no bloating afterwards!
