Good review of tourniquets.
The next week after I did this course I had a limb injury patient come in through my ER. To transport to a higher care level we needed to apply a tourniquet. I hadn't learned about tourniquets very much in my previous training, even ATLS just skimmed over this.

**Updated** I will never purchase another course from them due to it not being tangible. After 2 weeks I have finally been able to access the course.
As of right now I still haven’t been able to access my course. I understand it was the week before Christmas but I also had another course that was available that was available also immediately. I’ve dropped close to $800 with my medic over the last month and this is really leaving a bad taste in my mouth.
