Privacy 8' x 8' Pop Up Canopy with Sides

Customer service is the star of this show

As a disclaimer; I don't have any experience with pop up canopy tents like this, but since my new townhouse had an uncovered back patio area and no garage I wanted something like this to keep protected and dry during the rainy Oregon winter. Shipping was great and fast, no broken items. Me being the non-experienced canopy owner I was, didn't secure the canopy tent with sandbags or stakes and so it was picked up and blown into the neighbors yard. The frame didn't sustain any damage but the roof was ripped. I contacted the company hopeful they would at least give me a discount since I didn't own the canopy for much more than a month, but they sent me a new one! Awesome! Not only that, but the customer service lady I was speaking to, (Jeanne) responded very promptly and politely numerous times throughout the process! I don't know how the tent will hold up this winter with the constant rain we get, but my fingers are crossed. More than anything though, I really appreciated the awesome customer service I received from this company.
