Love the taste of the powder sprinkled on top of any dish and the heat level is perfect

Not quite as hot as I had hoped
Simmered them with some anchos and fresh yellow chili peppers (that's what my local grocer calls them). Blended with 1/3 cup vinegar, 1 Tbsp salt, 1 Tbsp sugar. Into the food processor and then the china cap strainer. Rendered a flavorful, pleasant, mild+ sauce. I can't get good hot peppers where I live so I'll be back. Looking at some of your fresh peppers...

Nice flavor
Wasn't impressed with the amount of Scotch Bonnet for the money. Not much heat on the Scotch Bonnet or the Jalapeno Sausage. Was expecting more.
