I am very impressed with Southern Marsh. I talked to a lady named Ally and she was very polite and professional. I had received a sweater for Christmas, but I had bought the same sweater in October in Southport NC. Ally enabled me to exchange it for the one pictured above. The transaction went very well. Unfortunately the new one has a flaw in the left sleeve, but I guess I will be very careful when I wash it. The flaw is not Ally’s fault.
