Chocolate Covered Sponge Toffee

The inside was burnt, sorry.

This is amazing when it’s fresh but can get tough if left for a while.

Surprisingly delicious. The sponge really has that nice honey flavor and the chocolate contrast and compliments it. More of an adult chocolate.
