DOES NOT LEAVE BLACK BITS EVERYWHERE!

BEST MASCARA! I AM 70 YEARS OLD AND HAVE TRIED MASCARAS FROM $3 TO $60. THEY ALL LEFT LITTLE BITS OF BLACK ON MY FACE, IN MY EYES.
