Great color, bad design

After the first use the white part that you pull the stick through to avoid the glob of lip gloss pops off. They sent me a second one and it did the exact same thing. Their concealer bottle seems to have a better functionality, but for whatever reason this one’s pressure seems off. I love the color, but the tube isn’t a great design.

Used to be one of my favorites

I recently purchased this, as it used to be one of my favorites. They changed the tube since my previous purchases....and well it seems to me that's not all that's changed. There is no way this is the same formula. This is a bit thinner and I literally have to reapply every 30 mins or sooner. It does not stay on like it used to, and I used this lip gloss as my main go-to for years. They had another great gloss they discontinued as well...Gemmed. Just disappointed because I have loved and purchased from this company for many years.

Terrible packaging

I have been purchasing from this company for almost a decade. The top always pops off and make a huge mess, and they still haven’t changed the packaging. The lack of quality control is also a huge problem. I’m disappointed because I believe they have a good idea, good ingredients, but they just can’t get the details together to make this a reliable product and trusted brand.
