Yum yum.
This is really nice and very easy and quick to make. The recipe calls for almond milk, but I used cows milk and it worked fine. I’m guessing any milk would work, whatever you have in your fridge. I served it with a few raspberries annd walnuts and a dollop of double cream. Makes a lovely freshly cooked dessert, my guests (dieters and non dieters) loved it.
