The massage was the best. We thought the foot bath, infrared sauna, and salt caves were just okay. Very strange to offer a sauna but not have showers. We felt a little gross putting our clothes back on after spending 25 minutes sweating. Hard to relax in the salt caves when you’re in there with 10 other people. The waiting area is busy, loud, bright, and chaotic when you’re waiting to move from station to station—IMO that takes away from the zen. It was a nice afternoon but we will probably not come back.

We loved the whole experience! The caves were peacful, the massage was top notch, the sauna was relaxine, and the foot bath was the most surprising part. We will come back for sure!
