Great product. Works better than I ever knew a cuticle remover could. Wash hand in warm water; spread remover over cuticles; let sit 20-30 seconds to a minute; use cuticle scraper to push back and clean off raggedy cuticles. Use gentle soap and water to remove. Push back cuticles gently with your fingers as you moisturize.
