Fantastic Service

I’ve used these toys before so quality was never in question; however the team made a packing error and I ended up with the size larger than ordered, which was too big for my dog (we already had one of those) and the service was great, I had an apology for the mix up and another one on the way in a matter of days (it was around Black Friday sales so not a quiet time either) , most businesses will ask for you to at least have the wrong one in transit before sending another, these guys had my new one to me and included the return label with my new one, cannot fault!
